# How Do You Store Bags to Keep Their Shape?

I ruined a soft leather bag by storing it empty and now it slouches forever. Lesson learned — storage is half of a bag’s life. Here’s the system I’m building and I’d love your additions: 🎈

- Stuff every bag with paper/bubble wrap to hold shape. 📦
- Hang totes by their body, never by the handles. 🪝
- Keep in the original dust bag, upright. 🧳
- Rotate bags so none sits unused for months. 🔄
- Add silica gel sachets against damp. 💧
