Return shipping options:
- Any carrier: we provide you with a shipping address for the package to be returned and you use and pay for your own return label to use the carrier of your choice.
For returns, follow these steps:
- Prepare your package for return.
- Pack the product securely and add any documentation provided to you when requesting the return. If you don’t have the original packaging for your product, use a sturdy box and put in some filler like newspaper or bubble wrap. Attach the return label to the package.
- Send your return according to the return shipping option you have selected.
